Four On Four Off Warehouse Operative - Chippenham

Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West, based just outside of Shepton Mallet, near Bristol. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Four on Four off Warehouse Operative to join our friendly and dynamic team in Chippenham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in the day-to-day operation of our warehouses and storage facilities

• Taking delivery of goods for storage

• Checking for damaged or missing items

• Moving stock by hand or with machines

• De-stuffing containers

• Loading / unloading trailers either for deliveries or collections

• Cleaning the warehouse

Key Competencies:

• Proven experience in a warehouse setting 

• Able to work as part of a team and alone

• Capability to report correct information to colleagues

• You will thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Forklift licenses Counterbalance, Bendi and PPT required (in house certificates accepted)

Additional Details:

• Hours of work 06:00 – 18:00 – (12 hour shift over 4 days – 48 hours)

• £624 Per week £32,448 per annum (£13.00 per hour)
