Fleet and Compliance Administrator
Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West, based just outside of Shepton Mallet. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Fleet and Compliance Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Transport Manager and Compliance Team in ensuring compliance throughout the group
Updating fleet records, maintenance schedules, MOT’s and databases where applicable
Assisting with fleet administrative tasks as required, including purchase order issue and various online accounts admin
Answering incoming department telephone calls, taking messages or directing the caller to the relevant staff member
Checking driving licences and maintaining fleet records
Retaining privacy and confidentiality
Organising and maintaining the office, filing any documentation
Actively engage with new technology and find ways to manage the fleet effectively
Key Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Good IT skills, including Excel and Word
Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise
Ability to be confidential and handle sensitive information
Additional Details:
Monday to Friday 30 hours p/week
28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
After 2 year’s unbroken service employees will receive an additional day’s holiday which will increase by an extra day after each additional full years’ service up to 5 years
Starting Salary - £19,500 dependant on experience
