Pallet Network Day Loader

Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West, based just outside of Shepton Mallet, near Bristol. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Loader to join our friendly Pallet Network Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading of vehicles

• Ensure safe loading of trunking double deck and/or straight frame trailers in line with DVSA safe loading guidelines

• Ensure all pallet network pallets are both labelled and scanned correctly to trailers.

• Ensure all drivers and vehicles dispatch on time and safely

• Clear and keep tidy loading areas and areas used by PF / brush up if required

• Ensure forklifts and kept clean inside and out

• Check and clear canopy/yard area of any consumable and/or high value goods

Key Competencies:

• Proven experience in a Pallet Network

• Awareness in DVSA Safe Loading

• Able to work as part of a team and alone

• You will thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Must have FLT licence

Additional Details:

• Hours of work Monday to Friday 06:00 - 18:00 to include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 57.5 per week
